In the field

Hazard assessments, aerial rescue plans and equipment inspections attach to the job record. Tree-specific documentation is part of the job itself, not a generic checklist adapted to fit it.
Customer photos and crew photos attach to the same job record. You see the site as the customer described it and as your crew documented it.
Timesheets pre-fill from the schedule and cost directly to the job. The office confirms hours instead of entering them, and labor is recorded against each job as it is worked.

How a job runs

From inquiry to completed job, in three steps.

Publish your quote link Your quote link is issued at signup. Publish it on your website, your social profiles, your Google Business listing and your vehicles.

Requests arrive on your phone Customers submit the job with photos and you receive a notification. Price the work and schedule it without leaving the app.

Your crew works the schedule Each crew member signs in on their own phone, follows the day's route on a map, and marks each job complete. Progress updates in the office in real time.

Common questions

How do I cancel?

Two clicks inside the app: the ⚙️ gear, then Manage billing, then Cancel. No phone call and no notice period. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charge is made. Full details are in our terms.

How does billing work?

Your card is charged automatically each month, or once a year on an annual plan. We email a notice 3 days before every charge.

Does my crew need accounts or emails?

No. You add each crew member in the app and they receive a 6 digit code, entered once on their own phone. No email address, no password, no app store account.

I don't have a website. Can I still use this?

Yes. Your quote link works independently on any profile you already hold, including your Google Business listing and your social pages. It is active from signup and costs nothing extra. A website is not required to run any part of the app.

What phones does it work on?

Any current iPhone or Android, in the browser. The app installs to the home screen and delivers push notifications for incoming jobs.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The live demo is a fully functional copy loaded with a year of sample jobs. Every function is live, and nothing you do there affects real records.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Export invoices, payments and hours as CSV at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, so your records can be exported in full before it ends.
